Covid 19 – Procedures for using the 3g Astroturf Pitches 1/ All players/coaches/parents should only arrive on site 5 minutes prior to their booking start time. If you arrive earlier than 5 mins, please remain inside your car in the car park. 2/ The building will remain closed to site users so access to the pitches will be via the vehicle access road that runs in front of the outdoor garages at the side of the school building. 3/ All users must go directly to the pitch they have been allocated. There will be a member of staff outside to confirm pitch allocation. 4/ During changeover times, please do not enter the pitch until the current team using the pitch has vacated, please wait in the spectator viewing area at the side of the pitch. 5/ It is imperative that all clubs/bookings start and finish on time to minimise the contact with other teams. Staff will be present to ensure timings are adhered to. 6/ Please note that start times may be staggered by 5-10mins on each pitch depending on the volume of people on site at any one time. For example, instead of starting on the hour you may have a slot that starts five mins past the hour for 60 mins. 7/ There will be no changing room facilities available so please could all players come ready changed. 8/ Please try and avoid having to use toilet facilities on site. However, a single toilet will be provided which is located on the yellow zone corridor close to the front of the building. The toilet will be operated on a one in one out basis and queuing for the toilet will be outside at the Leisure reception entrance(glass sliding doors). 9/ There will be a hand sanitisation station immediately inside the entrance and one outside the single toilet for people to use. You will be asked to provide your contact details on entry for effective track and trace. 10/ There will be no refreshments available to purchase so players must bring their own drinks. 11/ At the end of your session, please ensure all the litter including plastic bottles are disposed of in the bins provided by the side of the pitch. 12/ At the end of the session please make your way to your vehicle as quickly as possible/or leave site on foot promptly to minimise contact with other people. 13/ Leisure staff will be out spraying padlocks/gates/goalposts/metal fencing at the side of the pitch on a daily basis. 14/ The single toilet will be cleaned on a 30 mins cycle during operation times. 15/ First Aid Policy – The normal First Aid policy will apply, as per the booking terms and conditions, where at least one designated person per booking will have to carry an up to date First Aid qualification and provide their own first aid equipment. 16/ Fire Regulation Policy – The normal Fire regulations will apply as per the booking terms and conditions. In the event of a fire evacuation, the Leisure staff will act as fire marshals and provide direction to your nearest fire assembly point.
